We do require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 which will be taken off your treatment price.
Your appointment will not be booked until we have received the deposit, however, we will hold your appointment for 24 hours, after this if no deposit has been sent, we will offer it to other clients.
For any cancellations made within 24 hours, the deposit will be lost and we will require a 50% treatment price.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours deposit will be lost and if wanting to book again, a new deposit will need to be sent.
Any no-shows will be required to pay, the full treatment price.
If you do need to rebook, it needs to be before 48 hours of the appointment, or a new deposit will need to be taken. We ask you to please give us as much notice as possible to avoid any disappointment.
Please note If you are running late, we are only able to hold your appointment for a maximum of 15 minutes, this is due to other clients.
